About Me

Hi, I am Libby…

I am a 2025 graduate of Shippensburg University with a Bachelor’s of Arts degree in Communication, Journalism and Media. Recently, I completed a production internship with Glass Entertainment Group, working on set for several episodes of Hulu and ABC documentary series. I also served as a staff contributor journalist for The Slate, Shippensburg’s student-run campus newspaper.

During my time at Ship, I developed a deep passion for storytelling, both through writing and photography, making the internship experience an exciting opportunity to shift and explore different aspects of the industry. Whether I am typing up a story on my computer, or locking down sets I am always striving to tell a meaningful story.

Throughout my time with Glass and The Slate, I have always found ways to tell a meaningful story. Outside of journalism, I enjoy singing with my dad (who plays guitar), reading, taking photos, and spending time with my friends and family. I have two Bernedoodles, Derby and Skeeter, who love visiting the shore at my family’s home in Strathmere, New Jersey, which I consider my second home.

“The purpose of a storyteller is not to tell you how to think, but to give you questions to think upon.” – Brandon Sanderson
